On November 14, 2025, the Honorable Judge Frank Clement, Jr. of the Tennessee Court of Appeals joined DPBC’s Tyler Yarbro, Maddin M. Nelson, and Donald Capparella on the panel at a Nashville School of Law/Nashville Shakespeare Festival CLE titled “A Comedy of Ethics.” Actors from the Festival performed scenes from Shakespeare’s oeuvre illustrating various ethical issues for attorneys. The panel followed up with a discussion.
Tyler Chance Yarbro is the Managing Partner of Dodson, Parker, Behm and Capparella, and focuses her practice on diverse litigation matters including employment, probate, and business litigation.
Maddin M. Nelson brings her wide-ranging experience representing clients to provide expertise in an array of litigation and transactional matters. She concentrates her practice on business law, employment, estate planning, probate, and commercial litigation.
Donald Capparella has established a reputation as one of Tennessee’s most respected appellate attorneys, with his experience handling a wide variety of matters, from seminal tort law cases to work on many of Tennessee’s landmark cases in other areas of law.

Michael Bressman serves as Professor of the Practice of Law at Vanderbilt Law School where he has taught a variety of courses over the last 15 years. This year, Professor Bressman received the Hall-Hartman Award honoring excellent teaching for one of the first-year sections of Contracts. He also teaches Intellectual Property and the Arts Clinic, and directs the Law School’s clerkship program.
