Yarbro, Nelson and Capparella Sit on Comedy of Ethics Panel
On November 14, 2025, the Honorable Judge Frank Clement, Jr. of the Tennessee Court of Appeals joined DPBC’s Tyler Yarbro, Maddin M. Nelson, and Donald Capparella on the panel at a Nashville School of Law/Nashville Shakespeare Festival CLE titled “A Comedy of Ethics.” Actors from the Festival performed scenes from Shakespeare’s oeuvre illustrating various ethical issues for attorneys. The panel followed up with a discussion.
