Vanzin Conducts CLE on New Redaction Rule
On May 13, 2026, DPBC’s Jacob Vanzin conducted a CLE for the Tennessee Bar Association regarding new Tennessee Rule of Appellate Procedure 20B and its redaction requirements. Joined by attorneys Ben Raybin and William Gill, Vanzin discussed how the new rule, effective July 1, 2026, would significantly change the process of writing and filing briefs for the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Court of Criminal Appeals, and Supreme Court.
