Vanzin to Present at Equal Justice University

DPBC’s Jacob Vanzin will present a session titled “Get Ready to Redact: Understanding and Implementing the New Tenn. R. App. P. 20B” for the 2026 Equal Justice University Conference of the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services. Scheduled for August 27, 2026 from 3:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. CT, Vanzin’s presentation will focus on how the new Tennessee Rule of Appellate Procedure 20B and its redaction requirements will affect the work of appellate practitioners in Tennessee.

The Equal Justice University Conference is the annual gathering of approximately 275 lawyers, advocates, social work professionals, and pro bono attorneys involved in providing civil legal assistance and access to justice across Tennessee.

Jacob Vanzin is a Partner at Dodson, Parker, Behm and Capparella. He focuses his practice on appeals and real estate disputes, with a particular interest in easement, right-of-way, and eminent domain cases.
