Dodson and Behm Speak on Panel for Annual NBA Historical CLE

On Thursday, November 6, 2025 Margaret L. Behm and Harlan Dodson participated as panelists for the Nashville Bar Association’s Annual Historical CLE, Metro Government; The Best Idea Nashville Ever Had. The panel, supported by the U.S. Middle District court Library Fund, explored the past, present, and future of Nashville’s groundbreaking Metro Government, one of the first city governments in America to merge its city and county governments into a single metropolitan government.

Margaret Behm, founding partner of Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella, has often been referred to as a trailblazer in Nashville’s legal field, with her dedication and commitment to forging coalitions for change. She focuses her practice on business law, employment, municipal law, estate planning, and commercial litigation.

Harlan Dodson, also a founding partner, has over 40 years of experience in helping people and businesses solve problems and plan for the future.
