Margaret L. Behm has been named in The Best Lawyers in America annual publication each year since 2001. With over 30 years’ experience in state and federal courts, she regularly represents clients on insurance disability matters, probate matters, and conservatorships. She has served as an editor of the Tennessee Practice Series on Elder Law, Guardianships, and Conservatorships, and she has taught various courses at Vanderbilt Law School over her 40 year career. The Tennessee Supreme Court named her the inaugural chair of the state’s Access to Justice Commission, and she has been inducted into the Tennessee Women’s Hall of Fame by the Tennessee Economic Council on Women.
