Tyler Yarbro’s Brief Quoted in Tennessean Article
Tyler Yarbro, Appellate Counsel for Lindsey Lowe, filed the principal brief arguing why the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals should uphold the ruling of Honorable Dee David Gay of Sumner County granting Lindsey Lowe a new trial. Judge Gay found that Ms. Lowe’s right to a fair trial had been violated because the jury that voted to convict Ms. Lowe was biased. Judge Gay granted a new trial and the State appealed. Parker Presents for Tennessee Probate Seminar
Paul S. Parker was a featured presenter for the National Business Institute’s OnDemand Course on December 15, 2023.
