Death Readiness Podcast Features DPBC Alums and Highlights Pro Bono Estate Planning Services

Former Dodson Parker Behm and Capparella attorneys Jill Mastroianni and Jason Gichner recently came together for a discussion on the Death Readiness Podcast. Jill is an estate planner, now residing in metro Detroit, who launched the Death Readiness Podcast to provide legal insights and straight talk about estate planning. Jason is the Executive Director of the Tennessee Innocence Project, a non-profit law firm that works to free innocent people wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit and drive policy reforms to prevent future wrongful convictions.

In their conversation, Jill and Jason discussed the ongoing support that the Tennessee Innocence Project provides to its exonerated clients, and specifically mentioned that they engaged Dodson Parker Behm and Capparella to provide pro bono estate planning services for their exonerees.
