Tyler Yarbro Discussed Reproductive Health Law at WPCTN & TN Freedom Circle Education Fund’s Lunch & Learn

Tyler Yarbro alongside Dr. Elise Boos and Lindsay Spain discussed legislative updates on reproductive health law in Tennessee, ethical responsibilities of lawyers practicing in this area, how legal constraints are shaping clinical decision making, and navigating ethical dilemmas in reproductive care by examining real world conflicts between medical best practices and legal compliance.

The lunch & learn event was hosted by Women’s Political Collaborative of Tennessee and the Tennessee Freedom Circle Education Fund on June 10. The webinar, Legislative Recap: Reproductive Health Law and Policy in Tennessee, was designed to help people understand where legislation and policy currently stands in Tennessee, with a review of bills passed in 2025, failed legislation, and what the future may hold. The discussion was moderated by attorney Tabitha Robinson.

The webinar was open to the general public, members of the medical field, and attorneys, with an option for CLE credit for attorneys who attended.
