On October 8, 2025, Donald Capparella moderated a panel for the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2025 Bootcamp. The panel, composed of Wende J. Rutherford of Rutherford & DeMarco, R. Michelle Blaylock Howswer of Howswer & Associates, Lisa Helton of Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison, and Ann Murphy of Sites & Harbison, discussed appellate oral argument, fresh out of a morning session of oral arguments in the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Donald Capparella has established a reputation as one of Tennessee’s most respected appellate attorneys, with his experience handling a wide variety of matters, from seminal tort law cases to work on many of Tennessee’s landmark cases in other areas of law.
