DPBC’s Donald Capparella Secures Affirmation of Imputed Income in TN Court of Appeals

On July 15, 2025, Donald Capparella successfully represented the Appellee/Wife in the appeal of a divorce case in the Tennessee Court of Appeals. In Rosalynn (Victor) Addis v. Ryan Keith Addis, M2024-00668-COA-R3-CV, 2025 WL 1936512 (Tenn. Ct. App. July15, 2025)the Court upheld the Trial Court’s finding that the Appellant/Husband was willfully unemployed, and the trial court’s imputation of income to the Husband for child support purposes.
