Henry Leads “Contract Law for Family Lawyers” at Statewide Conference

The 11th Annual Family Law Conference for Tennessee Practitioners was held December 1-2 at Nashville School of Law, bringing practitioners from across the state together.  Candi Henry was a featured speaker.  Her presentation, “Contract Law for Family Lawyers” discussed the intersection of contract law and family law, particularly where prenuptial agreements and marital dissolution agreements are concerned.

Henry provides contract and general business advice to a wide range of clients, particularly small and family-owned businesses.  Her litigation practice focuses on appeals.
