Gichner Leads Presentation on the “History of Hearsay”

The October 15, 2013 meeting of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court featured a continuing legal education program on Hearsay.  Jason Gichner was featured as part of the program, speaking on the “History of Hearsay” in the court system.
