Gichner Appointed to Criminal Justice Act Panel
Jason Gichner has been appointed by the Office of the Federal Public Defender to serve a three-year term on the Criminal Justice Act panel. The panel consists of only 65 private attorneys chosen for their expertise and willingness to represent those persons accused of a crime against the United States who are financially unable to afford private counsel.
