Second Court of Appeals Win Concludes Seven-Year Litigation

A recent opinion from the Tennessee Court of Appeals should conclude seven years of litigation over an architect who was not paid his fee for designing an Ashland City condominium complex.  This was the second appeal in the matter.  DPBC’s Donald Capparella and Candi Henry were counsel, along with Tim Burrow, for both successful appeals.
