Capparella, Yarbro Secure Win in 6th Circuit Court of Appeals

On September 7, 2016, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit handed down its opinion in U.S. v. Lanier, vacating the convictions of the defendants due to the trial court’s error in failing to investigate the extent of alleged juror misconduct.  Donald Capparella and Tyler Yarbro were counsel for the defendants.
