Capparella, Gichner Present at State Government Practice Seminar

Donald Capparella and Jason M. Gichner were featured presenters at the Nashville Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminar on State Government Practice on August 21, 2015.  They discussed premises liability issues on state property, including recent developments and updates in the law.

Capparella and Gichner serve as editors of the Tennessee Tort Law Letter.
