Capparella and Yarbro Present “Tort Law Update” at Nashville School of Law

Donald Capparella and Tyler Yarbro presented a Continuing Legal Education seminar for attorneys discussing recent tort law cases addressed by the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Supreme Court.    Since 2008, Capparella has authored the Tennessee Tort Law Letter, a monthly analysis of tort law in the state.   Yarbro, together with Dodson Parker attorneys Jason Gichner and Candi Henry, serves as associate editor of the newsletter.
