Donald Capparella served as Editor in Chief of the new edition of Appellate Advocacy: A Handbook on Appellate Practice in Tennessee (Fourth Ed. 2010), published by the Appellate Practice Committee of the Nashville Bar Association. Amy J. Farrar and Candi Henry served as assistant editors. The assistance of Mike Catalano, Clerk for the Appellate Courts, and William T. Owen, Staff Attorney for the Court of Appeals, was invaluable to completing the new publication, along with numerous other members of the bar.
