Roebuck Case – The Court of Appeals reversed a $700,000 final judgment in an auctioneer fiduciary duty case. Capparella successfully argued that the trail court had improperly certified a summary judgment based upon breach of fiduciary duty as a final judgment, returning the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
