Capparella, Other Attorneys and Judges Use Shakespeare to Teach Law

Donald Capparella presented “Who Really Wrote Shakespeare,” a Continuing Legal Education seminar using the controversy over Shakespeare’s authorship to demonstrate effective trial and appellate techniques, at the University of Tennessee College of Law. The CLE also featured Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Sharon Lee, Knox County General Sessions Judge Chuck Cerny, and lawyers Joseph A. Woodruff and Richard Sanders.
