DPBC’s Donald Capparella Appointed to Serve on Tennessee Advisory Commission

Donald Capparella has been appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to a three-year term on the Tennessee Advisory Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Advisory Commission, formed under T.C.A. §16-3-601, reviews and makes recommendations to the Court on the rules of practice and procedure that apply in Tennessee courts.
