DPBC Attorneys Lead Ethics Seminar, Benefit for Nashville Shakespeare Festival

Dodson Parker attorneys Donald Capparella, Tyler Yarbro, and Kimberly Macdonald recently presented “A Comedy of Ethics” to benefit the Nashville Shakespeare Festival and the Nashville Bar Association. The event was held December 13 in Nashville. 

The popular continuing legal education seminar featured special guest Judge Frank Clement of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.  Assisted by professional actors from the Nashville Shakespeare Festival, the presentation used the plays of William Shakespeare to illustrate ethical dilemmas faced by modern-day attorneys and suggested approaches to avoid breaches of ethical responsibilities.
