Successful Appeal Preserves Client’s Right to Pursue Damages under Contract

The Tennessee Court of Appeals has determined that an architect is entitled to pursue his claims against a condominium development that did not pay for his services.  Donald Capparella represented TWB Architects, Inc. in the successful appeal. The Court’s opinion can be read here.
