SouthComm Business Media Transaction Nominated for “Media Deal of the Year”

The 14th Annual M&A Advisor Awards were held in New York City on November 17, 2015.  The sale of the assets of Cygnus Business Media, Inc. was nominated for “Media Deal of the Year.”  DPBC’s Tracy D. Kane served as counsel for Southcomm Business Media, LLC during the transaction.
