Sitgreaves Leads Seminar “Top Ten Ways to Lose Your Appeal”
Elizabeth Sitgreaves led a Continuing Legal Education program for M. Lee Smith audio. The presentation, “Top Ten Ways to Lose Your Appeal” provided practitioners with an overview of appellate procedure in Tennessee’s state courts.
Sitgreaves’s law practice includes a wide variety of civil litigation, drawing upon her extensive background in legal research and writing. She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank G. Clement, Jr., of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, including four years as the judge’s Senior Clerk. This experience provided her with a broad-based exposure to litigation in the state across almost all practice areas, with specific emphasis on administrative law, contracts, torts, and domestic relations.
