Should Your Client Take the Stand? Gichner Featured Speaker on Panel

Jason M. Gichner was a speaker at the May 19, 2015 meeting of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court, presenting a Continuing Legal Education Program on the circumstances under which criminal defendants should (should not) take the stand.  Other presenters included Davidson County Criminal Court Judge Steve Dozier, Nashville Attorney Patrick Frogge, and Metro Assistant District Attorney Amy Hunter.

With more than twelve years of trial and appellate experience, Jason Gichner is a veteran litigator who maintains a general litigation practice, with emphasis on criminal law, complex civil litigation, and business disputes.  He also serves as a Panel Attorney on the CJA Panel for the United States Federal Court, Middle District of Tennessee.
