Michael B. Bressman is Professor of the Practice of Law at Vanderbilt University. Law School. He founded the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property and the Arts Legal Clinic and supervises its practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He handles matters involving intellectual property, contracts and business law, litigation and arbitration, regulatory issues, internet/privacy concerns, and corporate governance.
