Parker Leads “LLC or S-Corp: Tax Considerations” Seminar

Paul S. Parker was one of the featured presenters at the recent seminar, LLCs from Start to Finish, presented by the National Business Institute. The two-day conference, designed for attorneys. accountants, and banking professionals was held at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville on August 6-7, 2018.

Parker presented “LLC or S-Corp Tax Considerations” on August 6.  His presentation addressed issues such as pass through taxation, tax basis concerns, and compensation strategies for owners and employees.

Parker practices in the areas of tax, estate planning and probate, small business, and corporation law.
