Kane Speaker at Lipscomb Women’s Leadership Conference

Tracy D. Kane served as the opening speaker for THRIVE, a women’s leadership conference  at Lipscomb University on July 30, 2015. The third annual conference was sponsored by the National Association of Women MBAs.

Tracy’s presentation, “Uncomfortable by Design: Finding Success Outside Your Comfort Zone,” discussed her experience representing companies–particularly women-owned firms–from start-up through growth, transitions, and sales.

Tracy’s wide-ranging transactional law practice includes guiding clients through company formation, operation, succession and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance. As a mediator, Tracy facilitates dispute resolution for businesses, their owners and employees.
