Kane Featured Speaker at Toronto Music Cities Summit
Tracy D. Kane was a featured speaker at the Music Cities Summit in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on May 7, 2016. The conference, part of Canadian Music Week, brought together global city planners and music industry professionals to discuss the relationships between creative city planning, quality-of-life and “creative economies” like the music industry. Kane spoke on the topic of “International Music City Connections: Nashville and its Sister Cities,” examining how cities can use branding to increase music tourism.
Kane’s diverse practice draws from her experience in government, community service, business and international trade to advise start-ups and companies experiencing rapid growth through complex problems.
