Kane Featured Speaker at “Art Crawl CLE”; Encourages Lawyers to Serve on Nonprofit Boards

The Nashville Arts & Business Counsel recently held its inaugural Art Crawl CLE Program.  Tracy D. Kane helped coordinate the program, designed to foster the involvement of lawyers in local arts-related nonprofit organizations.  Kane spoke on the topic of the fiduciary duties of nonprofit directors and the particular problems that directors (and lawyers) face in administering a nonprofit.
