Kane Featured Presenter at “Art Crawl” CLE Focusing on Non-Profit Service Work

Attorney Tracy D. Kane was a featured presenter at the Nashville Arts & Business Council’s Annual “Art Crawl” CLE held on December 9 and hosted by three downtown art galleries.  Her presentation was titled “Understanding Nonprofit and Fiduciary Duties for Board Members.”  A significant portion of Tracy’s legal practice involves representing nonprofit entities.
