Insurance Company Estopped From Statute of Limitations Defense

On the DPBC Tort Law Blog, the Court of Appeals determines that an insurance company cannot rely on a statute of limitations defense when it knowingly allowed its co-defendant (another insurance company) to enter into an agreement delaying service of process.
