Gichner Guest Speaker at Finance/Restructuring Lunch and Learn

Jason Gichner was a guest speaker at the Waller law firm’s monthly luncheon for its Finance and Restructuring team.  Jason discussed the intersection of criminal law and civil law and provided insights for how lawyers who practice civil law exclusively can help their clients in the event an issue related to criminal law arises.

Jason maintains a general litigation practice, with emphasis on criminal law, complex civil litigation, and business disputes. Before entering private practice, Jason worked for more than ten years at the Metropolitan Nashville Public Defender’s Office, where  as a senior trial attorney, he managed a team of lawyers and staff and helped shape office policy for more than fifty employees.
