Four DPBC Attorneys Listed in 2017 Edition of Best Lawyers in America

Four  lawyers from the firm were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2017 list.  Harlan Dodson, Margaret L. Behm, Donald Capparella, and Tyler Chance Yarbro were named to the Best Lawyers list in multiple practice areas.   The firm’s attorneys were recognized for their work in multiple practice areas including Employment Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, Trust & Estates Litigation, Insurance Law, and Appellate Practice.

Additionally, two DPBC lawyers were named “Lawyer of the Year” for the Metro Nashville area.

Margaret L. Behm has appeared in the publication each year since 2001.  She is currently listed in seven different practice areas , and this year she was named the 2017 Best Lawyers ® Lawyer of the Year for Non-Profit/Charities Law in the Metro Nashville area.

Donald Capparella has been listed in the publication each year since 2013, and each year since 2014 he has received a “Lawyer of the Year” designation for one of his areas of practice  He has been named the 2017 Best Lawyers ® Lawyer of the Year for Insurance Law in the Metro Nashville area.
