Donald Capparella Featured Presenter at “Tennessee Court of Appeals Boot Camp”

The Tennessee Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section sponsored the “Tennessee Court of Appeals Boot Camp,” a seminar for lawyers teaching best practices for handling appeals.  Donald Capparella was featured, instructing on preparation and presentation of oral argument.  Other speakers included Court of Appeals judges Thomas R. Frierson, II, Judge Holly Kirby, Judge John Westley McClarty, and Steve Stafford.  Attorney Amy J. Farrar also presented.
