Cynthia Chappell Appointed to Metro Board of Zoning Appeals

Cynthia Chappell has been appointed by Mayor Karl Dean to serve on the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals.  Her appointment was confirmed by the Metro Council, and she will serve a five-year term on the Board.
