Capparella’s Tennessee Supreme Court Oral Argument Featured as Part of High School Program

Donald Capparella’s argument in front of the Tennessee Supreme Court was featured as part of the Court’s SCALES program–Supreme Court Advancing Legal Education for students. More than 1,000 high school students were invited to learn about the legal system by studying the Supreme Court process and arguments. Candi Henry was also counsel of record in the case.
