Capparella, Gichner Present Tennessee Tort Law Update

Donald Capparella and Jason Gichner presented a continuing legal education seminar for the Nashville Bar Association. Their presentation focused on recent developments in Tennessee tort law, with particular attention to medical malpractice cases and the issue of remittiurs  of jury verdicts.
