Capparella Featured Presenter at Nashville Bar Association Program

On November 21, the Nashville Bar Association presented its 11th annual “Ethics, Lies & Videotape” continuing legal education course.  The program, which uses movie scenes to explore and analyze ethical issues in the practice of law,  is the organization’s most popular ethics seminar.  Donald Capparella once again served as a faculty member leading the program.  Co-presenters included Hon. Barbara D. Holmes, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and Edward D. Lanquist, Jr.,  of Patterson Intellectual Property Law.
