Behm, Yarbro Successful on Appeal in Trust Litigation

The Tennessee Court of Appeals recently released its opinion in In re: Philip Roseman 2012 Irrevocable Gift Trust, a case that involved a determination of whether a property had been fully transferred into a trust.  Margaret L. Behm and Tyler Chance Yarbro successfully represented the trustee at trial and on appeal.
